As we close 2024, I want to express my pride in our past successes and excitement for our future endeavors. This year, our efforts have focused on illuminating lives, revealing hidden potential, and addressing systemic barriers to health and well-being. Through our collaborative partnerships, we’ve ensured that light reaches even the most shadowed corners of our communities.

As we look ahead to 2025, our vision is to further expand this light. We are committed to understanding and addressing the needs of these unique communities.

Just as St. Joseph guides us with humility and faith, our work in our existing and expanded communities will continue to be rooted in love, compassion, and the belief that every person deserves a chance to thrive.
